• Submissions by post with cheque for payment ( currencies as above)
• Payments with Pay Pal(below) – please quote your Payment transaction reference on your correspondence by post
• Email submissions not accepted
• Do not send handwritten material.
• Each poem typed on a separate page with your name

• Please include a S.A.E or sufficient International Reply Coupons
• A formal written report for each poem will be sent to you together with the ‘Optimum’ Principles - my simple rules to enhance your work
